1. Introduction

Welcome to ZenOrion. These terms govern access to and use of our zen practice services and offerings tailored for executives.

2. Services for Executives

ZenOrion provides guided executive sessions in mindfulness, breathing techniques, and stress management. Sessions are available virtually or on-site based on client preference.

3. Digital Courses and Workshops

Access on-demand guided meditations, video tutorials, and interactive workshops designed to enhance executive well-being and focus.

4. Retail Goods

ZenOrion offers specially curated support items such as meditation cushions, blankets, and aromatherapy tools to complement your practice.

5. Fees and Payment

All charges are clearly stated during booking or purchase. Payment must be completed before session commencement or product shipment.

6. Scheduling and Booking

Sessions are confirmed upon full payment. Clients should provide at least 48 hours notice to modify or reschedule a booking.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Executive Sessions

Clients may request a full refund if notice is provided at least seven days before the scheduled session. Requests made between 48 hours and seven days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund. Requests within 48 hours are non-refundable due to limited availability and preparatory work.

Clients may transfer a session to another date at no additional charge if arranged at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

7.2 Digital Courses and Workshops

Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided fewer than 20% of digital materials have been accessed. After this period or threshold, digital offerings are non-refundable to protect licensed content.

7.3 Retail Goods

Physical items may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the item sent back.

8. Modifications to Terms

ZenOrion reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
